Officially one week until sale day and also one week until a lucky someone else gets to start loving “Caramilk” Lot #5 | CU Eleanor Frost as much as I do 💛
Back in 2020 my mom and I picked her up from the breeders as an untouched yearling and she’s been part of the family ever since. Thanks to my friend Jade Nelson (Jade Grace Photography) for capturing some of the love I have for this horse.
She’s in the catalogue here: Sale Catalogue

Enjoying some easy days in the sunshine on my favorite mare.
“Caramilk” is the same horse every time you step on her no matter how much time off you give her.

Trim and wash day for Lot #5 | CU Eleanor Frost. Caramilk has had shoes on multiple occasions, stands great for the farrier and wears a size 2 shoe all around. However , she has spent most of her life barefoot simply because she has amazing feet and the need for shoes just wasn’t there. Just the way we like it- low maintenance & sound!
Current X-Ray are available for interested buyers, multiple views available of the front feet, fetlocks, stifles and hocks.

Some clips from weaning day this fall. I can always count on an enjoyable day when I get to swing a leg over “Caramilk”, she has put in her fair share of long work days making her a dependable mount for any job.

Caramilk is one of my favorite horses to have in the branding trap because she is calm, gentle and stands to let you have a shot every time!

Caramilk comes from a long line of versatile horses that excel both in the arena and on the ranch. Check out this cool read about her grandsire, Sun Frost, and the legacy he has left behind as well as a little tid-bit about her sire PC Bar Dox Frost further down in the article Sun Frost - AQHA

Beautiful day spent on my parents Trapline 1308 on "Caramilk". Now that the weather has turned colder we will be spending a lot of time outside of the arena hunting, trapping and enjoying life before we head south. One of my favorite things about Caramilk is that I can do well in the arena on her yet she is also my go-to for anything outdoors.

CU ELEANOR FROST
2019 Buckskin Mare, 15.3 Hands, Size 2 Shoe
Consigned to the Art of the Cowgirl Horse Sale on February 28, 2026 in Wickenburg, Arizona
"Caramilk" is one of those special horses that is very broke with plenty of athletic capability for an experienced rider and competitor yet she is very gentle with a great mind and is happy to come down and look after a more intermediate rider making her suitable for many different programs. She is solid in all aspects of ranch work , very gentle in the branding trap, head horse in the team roping suitable for a number 4 roper and up and is also string barrier broke. She is very broke in the arena, capable of all maneuvers, has spent lots of time out on the trails, is sure footed and can go all day. Caramilk has been in my program since a yearling and will be a tough one for me to let go of but I am very proud to offer a horse like this at Art of The Cowgirl.
